Refund & Returns Policy

At VelocitySupplies, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories where applicable.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods, personal care items, hygiene-sensitive products, hazardous materials, and flammable substances.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable or digital products, and selected health-related items.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued. This may apply where items show signs of use, are returned incomplete, or are damaged due to reasons not attributable to our error.
Returns requested outside the 30-day return window may also be eligible for partial refunds only, at our discretion.
Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account or payment statement.
If the refund is not yet visible, please contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing delays can occur.

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale and discounted items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order number and details.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit or gift voucher equal to the value of the returned item will be issued once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.
Delivery times for replacement or exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
